Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to customers that make an approved purchase of a PB Muffler®. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@pbmuffler.com
Order Processing Time
Each PB Muffler® order requires some level of processing attention. Personalized orders ship within 7-12 business days, or sooner, depending on the amount of personalization required. Orders without a personalization requirement received before 10AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Resources and Address & P.O. Boxes
Primary shipper method is USPS (First Class). UPS/FEDEX may be secondary shipper or used for large orders.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Returns or Refunds. No Exchanges for Personalized Items.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and that is why we take extra care in displaying the product for viewing before you commit to the purchase. Please read our return policy for information about our processes.
Return Policy
PB Muffler® offers durable construction to take continuous ball strikes from both light hitting and aggressive play. Normal fabric wear and tear are expected over time.
Custom orders are not returnable. If PB Muffler® did make a production or shipment error, (which we strive to avoid) your order will be corrected and shipped to you at no additional cost provided you notify us within 14 days of original delivery date. To be eligible, the entire product (fabric sleeve and pads) along with original shipping label must be returned. We are unable to process any return without the original shipping label as the label contains coded order information identifying your specific order. PB Muffler® does not cover return shipping on return orders. A restocking fee may also be applied.
